Palazzo Beltrade is a historic twentieth-century building in Milan located in Piazza Santa Maria Beltrade. It was built in the rationalist style between 1935 and 1938 based on a project by the Milanese architect Piero Portaluppi, replacing a series of ancient and dilapidated popular buildings.
Subject of a total restoration completed in 2016, Palazzo Beltrade today represents a valuable architectural work, embellished with a white travertine facade interrupted by large and bright square windows and large loggias.
Vee4design has been a partner with the Dolce Associati studio for the study of the living spaces and the interior design of the various apartments, providing the developer with fully furnished apartments and a "turnkey" project.
Many housing solutions have been used as showflats to then be sold furnished.
